Baby/toddler sleep is like a puzzle! It's not as simple as putting your child to bed drowsy but awake, or just following a set schedule based on your child’s age.

I recognise you, your child, and your family are unique. Prior to providing any advice, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire which I will then discuss with you, typically over the phone. This enables me to understand the full picture to help you put all the pieces together to achieve your sleep goals for your child.

I will tailor my recommendations to suit this individuality, including:

I understand my recommendations need to be realistic and achievable. I do not expect you to spend all day chained to the house. Life goes on even when you are working on your child’s sleep. Keeping you, and your family, sane throughout the process is vital.​

Rest assured I am trained in numerous approaches to optimising baby/toddler sleep. We can start more hands on and use a gradual and gentle method. Or we can aim for a quicker and less labour-intensive approach – provided your child is at least 4 months old.

Importantly, I am your compassionate cheerleader. I am a mum of four. I get it. This baby/toddler sleep stuff can be hard – even in the best of circumstances. Feel free to vent. Feel free to cry. It is normal and okay!
